Sierra is a Research Assistant for the Future Labs and Research program teams.  Within Future Labs she supports new program development through various market research activities, and provides a range of duties within the Research team including the group’s social media and ThinkPeace blog.  Prior to joining OEF, Sierra’s professional and research experience centered upon local and global processes of development, particularly as it relates to governance theory, social enterprise innovation, and cultural considerations.  She earned a master’s degree in Applied Anthropology with a specialization in International development from Colorado State University in 2016, and her bachelor’s in Anthropology, and Religious Studies from Montana State in 2013.  When not at work, you can find Sierra somewhere on or near a mountain- whether that be trail running, backpacking, or fishing Colorado’s beautiful rivers and lakes.
